We have started the construction process of a new IRTAmar unit for our client. In order to properly adjust the distribution and positioning of each of the pieces, since it is a complex installation that must be adapted to specific conditions, we draw the space and the exact location distribution in which it must be placed in its R&D center .
One of the particularities of this design, in addition to various technical innovations that we will describe to you, is the need to integrate into an already existing infrastructure that must allow it to work properly.
“We have made the first layout. On the ground, we have placed the imaginary line provided in the plans by the client. The second line determines the separation of the curtain. Moving to the right, we encounter the wall and can see the first line of tanks, and next will come the second one. The IRTAmar module will be located at the back in such a way that we leave space to work and access the control commands that will be installed by INGESOM. We continue with the expansion tanks and degassers, which will be connected to the drum filter.”
